Refund policy.

The short version

• Cookbook & merchandise: 30 days from delivery, unused and in original condition.
• Event tickets: final sale. Non-refundable, non-transferable. No exceptions.
• Damaged or wrong items: we make it right at no cost to you — email us within 7 days of delivery.

Cookbook & merchandise returns

You may return unused merchandise and unopened cookbooks for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with original packaging.

To start a return:

1. Email support@cakepicnictour.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll email a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return (usually 3-5 business days), we refund the original payment method. Banks typically post refunds in 5-10 business days.

Return shipping is on us for orders shipped within the United States. International returns require the customer to cover return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong items, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/wrong item
• Photo of the shipping box (if damaged in transit)

We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to return the damaged item unless we ask.

Event tickets

Cake Picnic event tickets are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

This applies to all event-related purchases including general admission, early access, and any bundled merchandise sold with a ticket.

If an event is cancelled by us, we'll either reschedule (your ticket stays valid) or issue a full refund. Weather decisions are made 48 hours before the event; watch your email for updates.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders (including The Cake Picnic Cookbook before its May 19, 2026 release) can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. After shipping, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Refund timing

• Approval: 1-2 business days after we receive your return.
• Refund issued to your original payment method.
• Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover: 5-10 business days to post, depending on your bank.
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe: same as the underlying card.
